SHIPPING POLICIES

  Domestic Delivery Timeframe:

• Domestic deliveries are typically executed within a timeframe of 3-7 working days. However, please note that these durations are approximations and contingent upon our courier partners' operational schedules. Unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical challenges.

  Shipping Charges:

• We extend complimentary shipping services throughout India for orders that exceed ₹6000. For transactions falling below this amount, standard shipping charges will be applicable. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage based on the delivery location and weight of the package.

  Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  Shipping Address Accuracy:

• To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, changes to the shipping address or order contents may not be possible.

  Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

                                                                       

                                                                           RETURN POLICIES

  Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns will be accepted exclusively for manufacturing defects, damage incurred during transit, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and the original invoice intact, showing no signs of wear, laundering, or alterations.

  Initiating a Return:

• To initiate a return, please submit your request within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Ensure that your order number is included in the subject line, along with a clear photograph and unboxing video of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue in your email to karigari.inf@gmail.com.

  Return Request Timeframe:

• Requests received beyond this 24-hour timeframe will not be considered. We appreciate your understanding and prompt communication in these matters.

  Return Assessment and Collection:

• Upon receiving your return request, we will assess the item and arrange for collection from your specified address. You will be notified of the pickup date and time, so please ensure the item is securely packaged. All returns must be sent in their original packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

  Product Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange your product for another of lesser value, we will dispatch the new item promptly upon receipt of the returned product. The remaining balance will be refunded back to the customer. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may take additional processing time.

  Return Shipping Costs:

• The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item to ensure its safe delivery.

  Non-returnable Items:

• Please note that custom-made items, such as tailored suits, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature. Additionally, items purchased during clearance sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  Final Determination:

• Karigari holds the discretion to evaluate the eligibility of products for refunds or exchanges, and our determination is conclusive and binding. Returns that do not adhere to our established policy will be declined and sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly abuse our returns policy.
